Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine a Mexican-Italian restaurant, but there's actually a Mexican Korean restaurant in north Las Vegas that's out of this world!!! ((but that's a review for another day.)) This isn't a fusion restaurant but rather a duel cuisine menu. We both elected Italian. Lunch was packed w no place to park, we went across the street and parked in the lot there. The server was pleasant and got our drinks right away, and got our drinks right away, forgot to bring his salad, but promptly served up fresh homemade yeast buns which tasted like they were straight from the oven, gleaming with butter on top. He ordered spaghetti & meatballs, I stayed carnivor-ish with side of meatballs and a side of Italian sausage. Both were excellent medium small meatballs and good sausage, but to my delight the gravy (spaghetti sauce) was exceptional. Very authentic and sweet Sicilian style. Delicious!!

The service is great. The salsa and chips were good. The fajita nachos were tasty but there was about an ounce of meat on the nachos. The chicken fajitas were good but the peppers were burned beyond recognition. It was a pretty good meal even with the issues. I would definitely try this place again....

Hubby just brought some tortilla soup home for me because I am sick. It is truly delicious. Great homemade broth with lots of chicken and vegetables. Perfectly seasoned. Excellent. Thank you Tomato's chef.

We ordered a to-go pizza from Tomatoes, so I didn't see inside, as the dear hubby picked it up ;) They were very helpful over the phone and communication was smooth and easy. We got a pepperoni pizza and added sausage and black olives. Their large was really large, the crust was just the right thickness, and the edges were nice and crunchy. It was a very tasty pizza, with a good amount of cheese and toppings and plenty for 3 people. I'd definitely recommend their pizzas, I look forward to trying some more items on their menu next time!

This was such a unique find on my way to Austin from Dallas! Want Mexican and Italian but aren't sure what to get? This place is perfect for you. I had the fajita chicken enchiladas and they were spectacular, the chicken was a little cold on top thought but it didn't take away from the overall experience. The chicken quesadillas were a highlight, we loved the tortillas they used and how they cooked it. It's a little run down place but it's a very cute vibe.

Better than average Italian and Tex-mex at the same location. It's an odd combination for sure and they actually pull it off well. The Italian bread offered before the meal is the highlight for me. It's special and delicious. The Italian food I've tried has been good however not traditional. Example is Fra Diablo is good however it's more of a spicy scampi. Not what I expected however still good. The biggest issue I had beyond that would be the noodles are over cooked. I like them Al dente and they are served super soft. The Tex mex is also good to very good at this location. My wife and I love both so we go here and order an entree of each and split. Pretty cool actually. Service has been on point every visit. Good to excellent on multiple visits. Some of the bench seating needs replaced, they are torn and missing stuffing so they can be very uncomfortable and they look a little unsightly. Don't go in expecting perfect traditional Italian, or authentic Mexican food. Go in knowing you will get good service, tasty dishes, and for sure order the Italian bread for the table and I think you will be pleased. We really like Tomatoes for its uniqueness and solid food and service.
